One of the best parts of being a dog mom is spoiling your four-legged family member with special treats. What’s even better is that since dogs typically share the same taste buds as humans, they also enjoy some of the same foods (like cheese and peanut butter).
As a dog mom or dad, you know how important it is to keep your dogs healthy. Dogs love treats! If you're like me, you'll want to give your pets healthy treats, but you may not know where to start. Even if your dog doesn't care about the looks of the treats, you still want to make sure they taste good, right?
The first thing people ask when they hear I make my dogs homemade treats is “Doesn’t that take a long time?” The answer is yes, sometimes it can take a long time, but there are ways to make it easier.
I try my best to create recipes that are quick and easy for you to make for your furkids. This way, you can have a fresh batch of treats ready to go when you get home from work.
It's no secret that dogs love homemade dog treats! You can use them to reward your puppies for going potty outside, or just because you want to spoil them. We made our treats with simple ingredients that you probably have in your pantry, and are super easy to make.

Woof Welcome! I'm Ruby Doodle Dog!
I was born on September 5, 2017 and I'm a Miniature Goldendoodle. I weigh 20 lbs and my favorite treats are the frozen treats, although I'll never turn down a good pupcake.
Mom says I'm really spoiled, but I think she just likes to hog the bed!
About 1 ½ years ago, mom decided I needed a sister. At first, I thought she was wrong. I mean, who doesn't want to be the only spoiled dog!
As it turns out, mom was right...shh, don't tell her.....I LOVE my little sister, Callie. She may be three times my size, but I'm still the boss and she knows it!

I was born on August 31, 2019 and I'm an English Labrador Retriever.
I'm the goodest girl in the group! I listen when called, love to stay by my mom. The best part of mom's days are when she's making doggie treats.
My favorite thing to do is to lick the spoons, bowls or baking pans. I catch every piece that accidentally drops on the floor.
Mom says my favorite treats are all of the ones she makes! I guess she's right, I haven't tried one yet that I haven't eaten!
