- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 Egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300° degrees Fahrenheit.
- Grease cookie sheet or line the cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix flour and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, mix liquid ingredients.
- Add dry ingredients into liquid ingredients, then mix well.
- Roll out dough to ¼ inch thickness and cut into desired shape.
- Place on prepared pan and bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly brown.
- Remove from oven and transfer to wire rack.
