When it gets really hot, throw some puppy pops frozen dog treats in the freezer for your pup. These are not only tasty, but they are also good for your dog. While we might not like a frozen chicken dinner pup pop, your dogs will love it!
Making dog treats is as easy or as hard as you want it to be. You can make a range of creative flavors by mixing it with other baby food mixes depending on what you've got and what flavor your dog likes.
With chicken baby food, peas, carrots and some rice flour, these dog treats couldn’t be easier to make. All you need is a blender or a NutriBullet and some silicone molds! Make it fun with silicone paw prints or bones.

How to Make Daisy's Daisy's Chicken Puppy Pops Dog Treats Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 jar chicken baby food ( 2.5 oz jar )
- ½ cup rice flour
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup carrots
- ½ cup peas
Supplies Needed:
- NutriBullet or a Blender
- Cute Puppy Silicone Molds
- Cookie Sheet - to set the molds onto when moving into the refrigertor
Directions:
Place the chicken baby food, rice flour, water, peas and carrots into your NutriBullet or Blender. Note: Save about ¼ each of the peas and carrots. I do this to give the pops a little texture however if you are not worried about texture then you can add them all in.
Run the blender until fully everything is fully blended.
Place molds on a cookie sheet in order to move them into the refrigerator easier. Add the peas and carrots you put to the side into each of the spaces.
Fill each space with the blended mixture, pouring it over the peas and carrots.
Place the molds in the freezer for a minimum of two hours until fully frozen.
